Problem description and solution:

In NetBeans 6.0 there's six different windows displaying results of common IDE actions. As the usage of those windows is very similar (it opens 
automatically, the user takes actions and closes the window), it makes sense to merge them into a single window with multiple tabs. Similarly like the 
Output window already works. The improvement would simplify the Window menu and also make it possible to assign a single shortcut to the new window.

Note that even though I'm filing this issue as part of the 6.1 planning, the real intention is to address this issue either in 6.1 or in one of the upcoming 
releases.
