Go To Definitions should be added to Part, Input, Output, Fault, Binding and Port, so that user can navigate to the
definitions easily.

Fixed. Go To Definitions can be found in the Go To menu for nodes that support it.

Verified that Go To -> Definitions is available in the context menu for the listed elements in the WSDL editor.
