1. Create Visual Web App
2. Open Page1.jsp
3. Open Java editor

There is 'Managed Component Initialization' description inside init() function.
This text is hardcoded in java template.

They are just normal Java comments that won't need to be I18N/L10N.; just like the other Javadoc and Comments.
