1. Create a New Enterprise Project.
2. Add new Stateless EJB

The bean class contains the following:

    // Add business logic below. (Right-click in editor and choose
    // "EJB Methods > Add Business Method" or "Web Service > Add Operation")

There's no Web Service > Add Operation.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
