Usefull to add HelpCtx parameter to TopManager..NodeOperation.select(....). 
Now, it is not possible simply add HelpCtx to this dialog window.

Seems to be still valid. Would require to add another select(...) method with
HelpCtx parameter on API side.

Wow, my the oldest enhancement. Is really anyone missing such functionality after 7 years?
