1. Start App Server
2. Expand Access Manager
3. Http Monitor appears.
4. Select Context tab.

There are messages not from pseudo localized bundle file.
I'm running in the Japan locale, using a pseudo localized Netbeans.

Closing as INVALID.

"Access Manager Services" comes most likely from the server.

The warning messages comes from the 
monitor/serversrc/org/netbeans/modules/web/monitor/server/Bundle.properties file
which is correctly included in monitor/l10n.list.
