Custom Component API - the main motivation is to allow anyone to provide own
custom components.

The MIDP and MIDPNB module API requires polishing (not all presenter implementations has to be exposed in the API).
Other APIs are acceptable but not documented well yet.

Custom Components API is public and available for everyone starting from Mobility 6.0
