* Startup time number comparision for trunk and winsys builds.

Measured with NB build 200310150100 and winsys build from 16 Oct.
JDK 1.4.2_02. 
Dell800MHz, 512MB for Win2K/Linux RH7.1
Dell Latitude C840, 2GHz, 1GB for WinXP

** Startup with empty IDE (I turned of welcome module in trunk). Measured is 3rd-5th startup
until whole UI is painted. First number is from Tomas' patch modified to start measurement 
when EventQueue class is initialized, 2nd from my watches. The first time is obviously
shorter but the difference seems to be constant (my hand-eye cordination is probably worse).

** Startup with editor opened

Similar to previous but with ColorPreview opened in editor and selected in explorer.
I also closed properties window in trunk (it is closed by default in winsys).

The most important thing - numbers on WinXP and Solaris are comparable and Linux
is better (I will try again on Linux).
