[[xml-users]] XML Schema and WSDL Plugin

From what I've read on the NetBeans forums, the Schema Editor went from
released in 6.7.1 to only being available in the milestone plugin
catalog from 6.8 onwards. There is considerable confusion [1] about:

a.) Why it is no longer listed as an available plugin in a normal
NetBeans install; and 
b.) How to setup the plugin update centre so that you are able to
install it.

Is there a reason why the plugin is no longer in the stable plugin
catalog? I haven't had any problems using it on 6.8 or 6.9.

If there are known issues, could an explanation of these reasons
possibly be placed on the http://xml.netbeans.org page, plus
instructions on how to enable the plugin anyway?
