[[xml-is]] [Bug 198662] XSLT code completion issues in 6.8, 6.9, 7.0

The reported issue - pauses when downloading XSLT schema - are now solved;
NetBeans bundle those schemas, so they are available immediately.

I would prefer not re-adding XSLGrammarQueryProvider, it brings only very 
basic
completion for XPath expressions in certain attributes and was deactivated a
long time ago. The main part of completion (elements, attributes, cardinality)
is provided by schema aware completion support now.

Please re-evaluate the current state (in NetBeans 7.1 release) whether the
completion behaviour is acceptable. Thanks.
