Hi.  I'm a developer of the Apache Subversion VCS and I'd like to get
involved with supporting and improving the Subversion integrating in Netbeans.

Is this email list the best place to ask questions?

I'm new to the development *of* Netbeans software.  I found
<http://versioncontrol.netbeans.org/cookbook.html>, but is there a similar
guide for starting to build/edit/test the existing Subversion or
'versioncontrol' module, or can you please tell me the first step I'll need
after getting a Netbeans build environment working?

Best regards,
- Julian
