Make someone from Oracle configure properly https://translations.launchpad.net/netbeans and the community should be good to go.

Launchpad is used by Canonical for all the Ubuntu projects.

Hmmm. Paul wrote, and I quote: "The NetBeans localization team will

So, rather than immediately dropping off your translation work, and
abandoning the project, why not suggest some alternative approaches
that could be taken?

Paul, is the format of the localizations of a generic type that could
be opened in some other tool that could be used instead? I believe the
translations are just lots of properties files, am I correct? Is there
a comparable tool we could use instead?
