NetBeans IDE in Paypal Conference Netbook Giveaway

What's better than a free netbook? A free netbook pre-installed with the NetBeans IDE!

The 1500 attendees of the recent Paypal Innovate Conference in San Francisco, California, were all lucky recipients of lightweight mini computers loaded with the NetBeans IDE and other open-source software.

Paypal Innovate is the e-commerce company's first ever conference for developers. Sun Microsystems was a platinum sponsor of the conference, and also announced the release of Sun's Java Store Beta Program.
