-when there is an compilation error in an JFrame (etc.) and user click on the
error hyperlink in OW then the document opens in Designer and not in Source
view on the line with the error.

-It doesn't work for documents that were just opened

It seems to work correctly in the latest development builds of NetBeans 6.0.
