Currently, only a very trivial implementation of SharabilityQueryImplementation
for freeform projects exists. A correct version based on the information from
project.xml should be implemented.

...but low priority, since the user ought to have put the build directory in .cvsignore to begin with.

Causes symptoms which look to be bugs in other parts of the IDE, as in issue #153129.

Issue #157508 would probably be a more reliable and general solution.

Probably will not work on this. User is responsible for maintaining VCS ignore list in the case of a freeform project.
