In version 3.6 the "Navigator" module was an
optional download. For version 4.0 it completely
vanished and the old module doesn't work any
longer. The functionality of "Navigator" is so
essential, it should not only be reactivated as
module, but it should be included in the standard
release of the IDE since any other IDE has
something similar.
Please bring the "Navigator" back!

A minor issue: I suggest a little whitespace between the left edge and
the "V" of View and "F" of Filter.

Resolved. Navigator is included in the standard NB 4.1 distro.
