Discovered while investigating issue #221325 - if you have installed older version of our Chrome extension, NetBeans tells you that you don't have installed the extension at all. This is confusing since the plugin is installed but in incorrect version. Feel free to reassign to me, I can improve the message. Thanks.
I cannot reproduce it. JB has a similar problem last week though. Could it be caused by the fact that dialog is *almost* the same as when plugin is missing but the only difference is that text inside has one more extra sentence - "Your plugin version is outdated."

I see now. The dialog for webstore was updated but dialog for local install not. I'm fixing it in 0383f959e045. Thx.
