Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build ODS-218-on-20120918)
Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_07
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.3-b01

I created an issue (#22) on ODCS test server with one of the available Tags. Upon opening the issue in NB there is "Tags field contains non-existing tag(s)" message and no changes can be submitted until I clear the Tags field.

Editing issue neither query does not work anyway, work still in progress

reload configuration needs to be implemented

refresh configuration was implemented
