Local history is not initialized for faces-config.xml when opened from "History|Show History". To reproduce:

- create web project
- open new file wizard
- choose "JavaServer Faces|JSF Faces Configuration"
- finish wizard
- modify and save faces-config.xml to create several versions to local history
- I also add this file to Mercurial repository but I am not sure if this step is needed
- close faces-config.xml
- in Projects view select "Web Pages|WEB-INF|faces-config.xml"
- call "History|Show History" context menu
- editor shows history tab but list of revisions is empty
