[custom build from changeset 5e11eaf0ea60]

The the popup menu for modified files in the Mercurial's status window has action to exclude the file from commit ("Exclude from Commit"). I do not see this action in the Git's status window, which is not very consistent. The action is available in the Commit dialog.
