Java: 1.7.0; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 21.0-b17
System: Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64; Cp1252; en_US (nb)

After setting a preloader (from project) to a FX Project and then unsetting it again or setting different preloader, the previous preloader remains in the FX Project's "Libraries".

Note: the issue is fixed both for JAR and Project based preloaders.
