I cannot reproduce it. Could you describe step-by-step how repeat it? What application server do you use? Thank you.
There should be output window open with log from server which should indicate why deployment failed. Could you please attach the server log? Thanks.

Some problem in your GlassFish server: "com.sun.jersey.api.container.ContainerException: The ResourceConfig instance does not contain any root resource classes." Google it or talk to GF team on their user mailing list or their bug tracking DB.
