Product Version = NetBeans IDE 7.0 Beta 2 (Build 201102140001)
Operating System = Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_24
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 19.1-b02

Tried to remove using 'Remove' button.
Tried to manually edit .nbattr files and creating glassfish_autoregistered_instance_hidden.
Nothing helps

Well, I managed to remove an instance from the list of servers by deleting files under %NetBeansDir%\nb\config\GlassFishEE6WC. But I succeeded only because I have admin rights on the machine. In our environment not every user has write access to NetBeans and GlassFish dirs, that's why default autoregistered instance is of no use

The beta 2 branch was created on Feb 4.  I discovered this issue on Feb 7 and committed this to the trunk... http://hg.netbeans.org/web-main/rev/c4e1eed7dceb.

Please try a test with a recent dev build and reopen with details, if you still encounter this issue.
