Description atmoz 2010-02-18 03:33:13 UTC
As I'm developing on a custom shared host where PHP files and JS files is seperated into different folders, I really need more source folders in my PHP project - just like in a Java project.

I'm new to NetBeans and comes from Eclipse PDT. There I could add a folder and just link it up to the filesystem and it would work painless. I really like NetBeans as a PHP editor, but this missing feature is deal-breaker for me. I will still use NetBeans, but have to use the "favorites"-window to navigate to the JS-folder. I hope NetBeans get support for more source folders per PHP project.

I also asked about this on Stack Overflow: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2271419/adding-more-source-folders-to-a-netbeans-php-project

Sorry if this request gets in the wrong place or I missed something, my first time ;-)

Keep making NetBeans awesome! :-)

Same problem here: my PHP applications are a little bit distributed - that has various reasons.
More over: +1 additional source folder could provide +1 additional "Copy files from Sourcec Folder to another location" target folder - that would be awesome.
