I guess both issue have same reason.
since 150034 is marked as fixed, Marian, could you please try to reproduce this one? if it is not reproducible the we can just close it as the duplicate.
dlipin, the problem here is that we don't know how to reproduce it(QE). Yes, we know that when the cached file is 0 then the exception happens however how and why its size is 0?
BTW: looks like last reported exception came from a build where issue 150034 was already fixed.
