It would be nice if profiler was verifying the port (5140 by default) prior to
start profiling because sometimes (unfortunately quite often) it's not freed due
to some problems with previous profiling session. Behavior of profiler when this
port is in use is quite unfriendly. Thus this is a usability issue.
