I can't not reproduce the issue of moving the Submachine State element. The enlarged size of the element stays the same as I move it around. However, when I add a link from a Simple State element to a Submachine State, the Submachine State element is reduced to its smaller size. list of similar regression issue (about element resizing after renaming) were fixed after 'Automatically Size Elements' property started to work. unfotunately this isuue wasn't fixed. previous comment is incorrect. 1) submachine state resizing after renaming - is not a bug. 2) resizing after move is not reproducible any more. Ther only reproducible bug is resizing after adding link. Will change Summary. Planned for drawing area upgrade after NB 6.0. Should not use resolved/later status. Targeted in drawing area redesign. Restoring original priority and using the standard NB waiver process. Diagram area bugs waived for 6.0 will also be waived for 6.1. does not exist in new design verified in build 20080721. The automatic resizing issue still exists if creating a link to or from it. The moving of the element no longer resize it automatically in the new design. fixed verified in build 20080908. adding link to and from the elements (both simple state and submachine state) are still shrinking the size to the default. See attached screenshot. I meant attached video instead. Created attachment 69348 [details]
