I am having trouble installing Netbeans 3.6 on 
Windows 2003. The installation wizard crashes 
after file extraction and initialization. An 
error message reads, "The instruction 
at '0x77f4831d' referenced memory 
at '0x00422384'. The memory could not 
be 'written'."
