%SUBJ% says all. It would be incompatible change,
but there is not much implementors of BasicContext
yet.

The method would make clear that each root context
of BasicContext must be always RootContext.

Also traversing from context to the root (what is
often needed because of some operations which are
only on root) would scale better.
