On MSYS2 test machine I can
- Create Freeway sample
- Build sample
- Launch sample
- Debug sample

But IDE can't find <gtk/gtk.h>
Test scenario:
- Open FreewayWindow.h
==> a lot of red lines in editor

Log: fixed Bug 269974 MSYS2: IDE can't find <gtk/gtk.h> in Freeway sample
- fix will work on system with one tool collection. Configuration with multiply pkg-config (for example several tool collection cygwin / mingw / mingw32 / mingw64) will detect pkg-config by first opened project.
