Reproducibility: Happens every time

STEPS:
  * Install git on Ubuntu on Windows
  * Create project with Netbeans
  * Commit files using Bash on Ubuntu on Windows

ACTUAL:
  Files are displayed as modified in Netbeans

EXPECTED:
  Files are displayed as clean (committed) in Netbean
