Logfile when the IDE is running out of file descriptors and starts to hang.

When the OS limits the number of open file descriptors to a value lower than what is needed to operate netbeans (e.g. 128), the IDE hangs and becomes unsuable. It's not even possible to exit the IDE when this happens.

This started to happen with Netbeans 8.1. Netbeans 8.0.2 worked without any problems with such a limited number of open file descriptors available. Maybe a resource leak in 8.1.
