I'm using the Golden Master of Mac OS EL Capitan. To reproduce I can do the following: - Move a second window of the IDE on a second screen ("Projects" for example). - click on anything else but this window (unfocused it). - Click on the second window again: It moves to the bottom left corner of the other display, where the main window is located So it's not possible to work with Netbeans in a dual (multi) display setup.
