Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Formatting options, Language: Java, Category: Ordering
2. Make sure the current Insertion Point is either 'Last In Category' or 'Caret Location'
3. Select 'First In Category' and click 'Apply'

EXPECTED
Insertion point is successfully defined.

ACTUAL
Insertion Point combo box gets automatically value 'Last In Category'. The Apply button is active again.
