Created attachment 154899 [details]
No maven repositories after starting netbeans from a new user dir.

http://services.netbeans.org/synergy/client/app/#/case/5462/suite/1926/v/1

Changed the user dir by editing the D:\swinstalls\NetBeans 8.1 Beta\etc\netbeans.conf file

Changed

netbeans_default_userdir="${DEFAULT_USERDIR_ROOT}/8.1beta"

to

netbeans_default_userdir="D:\opensource\netbeans"

And then I launched netbeans and in Services, I am not able to view the Maven Repositories.
