When using the Voice Over screen reader navigation on OSX, there seems to be no obvious way to reach the inner windows with the screen readers standard navigation (VOICE OVER + ARROW keys). The screen reader switches between the top part of the IDE and the lower part, skipping the editor and other parts like the navigator and the project explorer and the output window.
