If you open Tools->Options->HTML/JS and select either Bower or NodeJS category, it would be nice to have "Install Bower" and "Install Node.js" clickable links (just like in CSS Preprocessors category). In case of Bower, it could open http://bower.io/ in browser, in case of NodeJS, it could open either http://nodejs.org/download/ or just http://nodejs.org
