NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201404100001)

LIBlets couldn`t be signed using Netbeans

Is`s possible to choose keystore and alias to signed a LIBlet but in fact 
no LIBlet-Certificate/LIBlet-Jar-RSA-SHA1 attributes added in jad file after LIBlet re-build in that case (but it works for IMlets)

Also LIBlet-Jar-SHA1 attribute with some value is present in jad in any case
