This bug was originally marked as duplicate of bug 240503, that is already resolved. This bug is still valid, so this seems to be another bug, but it might be related.

Build: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201404080419)
VM: Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM, 24.51-b03, Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment, 1.7.0_51-b13
OS: Windows 7

yuraaka: Steps to reproduce:
1) Update to development build 2014-04-08_04-19-16
2) Create remote project on existing files
3) Wait for parsing project is finished
4) Select any function or method, press right mouse button and select Show Call Graph

It worked on stable version of NetBeans 8.0.
