has spam and other bad links in it that need to be corrected.

Updated the Wiki page for Python at http://wiki.netbeans.org/Python

Removed spam and other bad links and added added link to Geertjan's Blog.
Also updated http://wiki.netbeans.org/PythonInstall (added link to Geertjan's Blog )
