Thanks for the report. I'm afraid that marking that always as error could be sometimes incorrect since the interface tag can be optional meta-information (at least since JSF 2.2) of the composite component. On the other hand the hint could be ignored in such cases. Ok, it looks that it's validating properly now. You can give it chance in development builds after 2-3 days. All invalid attributes are marked with hint as unknown property now. Fixed in web-main #53b38976d014. Created attachment 138784 [details]
