To add a priovate configuration for Tomcat, I open the file choser and (try to) navigate to the respective directory. 

As the screenshot shows, in the file tree only "SkypeABDialer." is shown but in the "File" line the full correct "/Users/holger/Library/Address Book Plug-Ins/SkypeABDialer.bundle" is there.

(Please note that also in the tree "Address Book" is shown albeit it should be "Address Book Plug-Ins". Here the file name is cut off after the second white space for which I reported Bug 231408. If that other bug is just a duplicate of this one here please delete the other one.)
