If I am not wrong, one cannot currently uninstall a single user installed plugin but only all user installed plugins together.

My use case: I have installed several additional plugins but now want to deactivate and uninstall one of them (e.g. the "Load Generator" in the attached screenshot example).

In your screenshot you can see that grouping of plugins is enabled.

Check the button "Show Details" (at the top in your screenshot) and the plugins will not be grouped anymore. A single plugin can now be selected and deactivated/uninstalled.

So resolve as worksforme.

You are right! The exception was in front of the screen again...

BUT there is a tiny usability issue from my point of view for which I will create an improvement issue.
