This is a minor thing, but thought it should be known.

In the Java editor, right click in the left side bar.  

If there is no bookmark on that line, there is Bookmark -> Toggle Bookmark (CTRL + SHIFT + M).

If there is bookmark on that line, there is Bookmark -> Toggle Bookmark.  [No Accelerator key]

CTRL+SHIFT+M works in both cases, it is just not listed in the latter.
