During update from beta1 to beta2 (currently using staging catalog) IDE log file indicates that some licenses are missing, e.g.:

These licenses seem to be present present in 7.3/uc/beta2/distribution/licenses/
Please add all missing licenses.

I have to reopen, IDE log is still full on FNFEs. 

I get "not found" even on link that is in exception in description (http://dlc.sun.com.edgesuite.net/netbeans/updates/7.3/uc/beta/distribution/licenses/license.6BBF9F44)

Ooops, I have forgot to refresh AUCs. I'm sorry.

Following license files are part of 73-beta2 but they were not part of 73-beta:
license.119E8E45
license.5632F51D
license.6BBF9F44
license.A0228D37

Now they are available for 73-beta as well at http://dlc.sun.com.edgesuite.net/netbeans/updates/7.3/uc/beta/distribution/licenses/

The certified AUC should be OK from the beginning.
