1. I've installed a clean Mac OS Lion 10.7
2. Than clean JDK7u4 from oracle's pages
 (both install is OK)
3. But when installing NetBeans 7.2 Dev version, it sad "Installation failed"

NB is installed (in Applications), but they cannot be started.
