For as long as I've been using NetBeans, I've been able to select variable values in the debugger Variables viewer (the whole row - "Name", "Type", "Value" "String value"), type ctrl-c, and paste into a spreadsheet (each Variables column goes into a different column in the spreadsheet). This has been vital to debugging problems with geometric objects consisting of dozens to thousands of vertices. It doesn't work since upgrading to Netbeans 7.
