If you change server port of running Tomcat instance, you lose control over it. Failure behaviour:

- start Tomcat server from IDE
- right-click server node and open Properties
- change server port and close dialog
- right-click server port and choose Restart
- after while it opens Error dialog with message "Starting of Tomcat failed, the shutdown port 8005 is already in use." It is because Tomcat wasn't stopped as we changed port.
