I installed the new NetBeans 7.1 beta web bundle and I was surprised to find out that the Palette window simply doesn't display any items it was suppose to for the respective file type.
In addition, the Palette windows context menu doesn't appear too.

I tried this for JSP & HTML files on both Windows and Mac installation of NetBeans.
To confirm the issue, I've checked it again having the IDE restarted & also switching projects.

In standard java application, adding new JFrames & opening them caused several exception throws which I reported separately, including this one below.

fixed in NetBeans IDE 7.1 Beta (Build 201109252201)
