Sometimes CND users reported situation when remote host could not be set up because IDE wasn't able to upload binaries to the remote host; however they had shared sources and were able to build and run projects on this host.

So in the case of binaries upload failure, IDE should report this, set synchronization to "Sharing" for such host, display warning, but allow to finish host set up.
